​A harmony is a chord of three or four notes that when sounded together creates a balanced and stable foundational sound energy structure, which sounds pleasing to the ears and creates focused and targeted effects in the physical and subtle bodies. When bowl sets are created, we bring together notes and tones that when played together, create beautiful harmonies. The harmonies can affect healing through vibrational frequencies that entrain the whole self to respond in resonance for increased balance and well-being.
